Return Policy

At GGBOB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags/labels attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized/custom-made products

Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked "Final Sale"


2. Return Process

Contact Us: Email care@ggbob.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA).

Ship Back: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA form. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Inspect & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5–10 business days.


3. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.


5. Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at care@ggbob.com with photos/video proof. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or send a replacement at no cost.


6. International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Refunds exclude original shipping charges and import taxes.


7. Final Sale Items

Clearance or "Final Sale" purchases cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
